Is it a good idea to use the Better Politics Mod?

I'd also like to know if there's a Spanish-language version of the mod.

I would say it makes the game reasonably harder and significantly better. Although by my observation, late-game performance is harmed significantly. As for the localisation, I think checking the mod page would be more productive when you’re asking for facts, and not opinions.

The language thing was just a secondary thing, what I'm looking for is opinions.
