1.15.02 is buggy.

Since my game was updated I've been experiencing constant crashes, I used to play with mods so the first time I thought the crash was because of the mods, then I disabled them all, deleted the saves and created a new game, and it still keeps crashing, and the crash occurs under the same circumstances, while I'm in a war the game crashes.

The second bug is that my priest can't convert regions, I don't know if this is something in the game, some kind of new system or a character attribute, but the bishop has changed and I still can't convert counties, and the warning “There are no counties available for this action.” appears. But there are about 4 counties of different religions.

Anyway, I've found these two so far, but they're a nuisance.

Do those counties have vassals with religious protection in their vassal contracts?

Alternatively, is religious conversion blocked because of something struggle related?

Concilliation phase in Iberia blocks the convert faith in county action.

There is also I believe a holding court event, where your current character tolerates heathens and can no longer convert faith while you're on that character.
I had that happen once.
