@Johan any chance we're gonna get the City centered on the southeast of the province, and a little river snuck in to represent the Golden Horn a la Imperator?

EDIT:

[Pretty pictures]
Mh, look at that heavy lifting done by the heightmap. Brings in so much life despite the relatively unchanged textures.

Also notice the little farm buildings and port logs, they look way smaller than before.
Yes, the port logs have definitely been reduced in size(that's why I said that ports were fine as they are now), but the rest is more like an optical illusion, before the city was centered around the castle and now the rords are in a grid(sorta like american cities)

B.. b.... but the buildings looks smaller??? Also seems like the latter image contains way more buildings than the former.

but look at the blue buildings, they look the same size in both (relative to the castle and I dont think they changed the castle size)

They haven't actually changed the size, they "re-arragnged" them to look more compact, look at Constantinople and Chalkedon here,The first one is before and the second one is after

It definetly looks better, but I still think that the building models(beside the harbours) could be smaller, I also think that most rural locations should have little to no building models on the map as it's nice to see swaths of empty land from time to time(maybe where there's low development)
It does look prettier, although now I'm wondering if those locations are plains or hills

Are there plans to show fortifications other than the castle? Will cities be fortified or is the castle meant to represent that? I am sorry If this was mentioned before? Also, will it be possible for "Works of Art/Unique Buildings" like Hagia Sophia to represented?

I know this might be a bit unnecessary detail but just wanted to say the city should be located in the south side and close to the sea. The Ottomans couldn't conquer the city for almost 60 years (The first attempt was made by Bayezid I in 1395) because of unbreakable city walls until Mehmed II and his engineer Orban developed more powerful artillery. Therefore, adding stronger walls and encircling Constantinople would be more historically accurate.
