90% of my businesses say "too high resource cost"

Most of my businesses say the resource cost is too high, but all of my taxes are between 5 and 8% for raw materials (farms, quarries, etc) and 7 and 9% for production. I've NEVER had this problem before. My traffic is fine, around y5-70%. It's not just one resource type it's food, convenience food, pharmaceutical, beverages, textiles... Etc. I've been playing City Skylines since 1, picked up 2 pre-order. So it's not a new player issue. I've lowered taxes, made sure routes were easy for transport, plenty of city services. All of my specialized industry is working over 100%. I do not understand the high resource cost.

It did not help me. In fact, the good that was mostly seeing a high resource cost became a hot export commodity.

I have taxes set to 0 across the supply chain, btw.

At this point, I am happy if they introduce a "toggle building notifications" button in the settings, so I don't see these notifications that I cannot fix.

Terminals dont just solve this problem. It also have a nice impact on profitability. More terminals means more profitability.

They do not solve it though. Not in my case. The city now EXPORTS the vehicles that prompt most of the „high resource cost” notifications. Look, I am not even that bothered, just want the notifications gone. They are ugly.

Have you enough industries to satisfy the demand from your commercials that show you this awful message? Can you show a screenshot on production view or just tell if you have massive deficit in any of the materials that show the symptoms? Commercials show this sign if they need to buy there products from outside connections. So you can decrease the cost by having local industry.

By the way tax doesn't impact resource cost.

I do have enough industry. I have a surplus in the production screen. And even export. For vehicles I even have the dedicated factory.
