I've always felt that the p&p system gave to excessive bonus's to players
Well in case of TfG it made game very vital and we balanced. Remember we made it till 2048 :D

There might be, we haven't gotten that far yet. Still in the process of creating this campaign, and we have to finish the 1st one first.

More Americans means more fun. I'm getting bored of this old, lazy, single player Europeans :p :D

It seems the EGA campaign on sundays is falling apart - no wonder if you ask me.

Anyway would sunday be a better day than a weekday?

Weekdays are better

so what day is decided then if your picking countrys already ?

No player in the east to balance OE out?

if we're picking countries already, and if i'm in, i want to play as Denmark.

if we are getting to picking countries then I already picked Sweden so no Denmark there left.

No one is picking nations yet, besides the GM has supreme right to choose what he likes to play himself.

Portugal might be included like i said, but i don't know what nation in the east would be suitable to hamper the Ottoman. We don't want to see a 2nd Hyderabad.

If anything i would suggest the Mameluks be played, that would create a larger interest in Africa, but also hamper the ever expanding OE from going in all directions.

Maybe the timurids? They get to become the Mughal Empire fairly early.

I wouldn't mind playing as some eastern nation.

Most successful Mughal-players cooperated with OE. The most common country used to block OE effectively is Persia.

Of course, having Mameluks played or a large Persia added in and played could simply be the end for the OE. It's not like the OE starts extremely strong in any 1419-start.
