This I greatly appreciate. Merging finetuning and 'addition' mods adds a lot to a game.
Any chance of adding in the Africa mod? (the one that adds a few countries to North Africa and the Bugfix mod included in one of the Total Conquest variants?)

EDIT: Odd when I started with Rome -> bar my ruler there was nobody around in any function nor unemployed.

I could add the Africa mod, no problem.
The reason why there's noone employed in the beginning is that Cursus Honorum requires you to manually appoint Questors.

You need to go to the separate character screen and add the titles from there. Btw, I made a new version (1.1) where I included the hotfixes. Check the first post.

Code:
Clausewitz Error[texturehandler.cpp:106]: Couldn't find texture file: mod/cursus_honorum_080b/gfx/titles/vigintisexvir.tga.
Clausewitz Error[texturehandler.cpp:106]: Couldn't find texture file: mod/cursus_honorum_080b/gfx/titles/tribunes_militium.tga.
Clausewitz Error[texturehandler.cpp:106]: Couldn't find texture file: mod/cursus_honorum_080b/gfx/titles/quaestor.tga.
Clausewitz Error[texturehandler.cpp:106]: Couldn't find texture file: mod/cursus_honorum_080b/gfx/titles/ex_quaestor.tga.
Clausewitz Error[texturehandler.cpp:106]: Couldn't find texture file: mod/cursus_honorum_080b/gfx/titles/patrician.tga.
Clausewitz Error[texturehandler.cpp:106]: Couldn't find texture file: mod/cursus_honorum_080b/gfx/titles/senator.tga.
Clausewitz Error[texturehandler.cpp:106]: Couldn't find texture file: mod/cursus_honorum_080b/gfx/titles/pontifex_maximus.tga.
Clausewitz Error[texturehandler.cpp:106]: Couldn't find texture file: mod/cursus_honorum_080b/gfx/titles/vestal_virgin.tga.
Descartes,

The new Cursus Honorum title graphics do not appear because the file path listed in interface/titles.gfx is for cursus_honorum_80b instead of mod_collection_1.1. (It would be really nice if you could just say something like $mod here.)

Attaching my modified interface/titles.gfx file.

Darthvegeta800: If you want to use the titles.gfx file, expand it and put it in the interface directory of the mod. I should have added the directory structure to the zip file--next time.

Sorry, I forgot the interface files. Thanks for pointing it out! For some reason I didn't notice that a few of the CH titles lacked icons when I tested it last night. Will make a new version.

Are you sure you've put both the MOD file (looks like some multimedia thing in Vista) and the folder in your mod directory? They're both called mod_collection_1.1.
