Ok, now that was sh** loads of fun article, seriously, i just love the Croatian rhetoric. But then again its Wiki eh, dont see its usefulness, but thats just me.
To the topic, great idea for mod, but i hope u guys will menage to make somewhat bigger map, lets say, at least 50 provinces, otherwise its not gonna last long assuming u use anything close to the historical numbers in army gear. Remember that in real life JNA could have crushed resistance with brute force in each of the republics if it only had the political will.
Also, despite popular believe and Croatian rhetoric, Milosevic and "his" Serbia was never "at war" with anyone officially. So, as they claim, "Serbian aggression" was perhaps aggression by Serbs in Croatia, and arguably some Serbs from Serbia later on, but not by the Serbian state and its mechanisms. I mean dont forget that we had army, and when i say army i mean most of the collapsed JNA infrastructure and machinery under our control, while Croats barely had enough ammunition, let alone small arms and stuff during the first few years of the war - this coming from watching their own documentary film on their own TV.
Its gonna be very difficult to balance things out with events and stuff, so good luck, and hope to see exotic characters like Osama Bin Laden and his bunch of merry men Jihadists just for the flavor, of course.
