That's quite common lately. Modders are going through hard times.

For all I know there is no mod and he does this for lolz
He hasn't done any work. And I can't see why people defend him. I support modders, you can see dozens of my posts across tens of threads supporting the development of many great mods. I respect every modder.
What I don't respect is when people lie. He has stopped and started this mod nearly 3 times and each time he promises to continue or to upload the files but he doesn't. And the fact that people still support him shows the ridiculous psychological nature of humans. Ups and downs are more emotionally gratifying than just positive reinforcement; we can thank nicotine and rats for proving us that.
This lack of proper behaviour is quite disturbing, among many other things.

Ostheim may have some real life problems,that are more important to him than this mod.Also,the things you,Tarsus and PanzerMan are saying is really rude and unpolite,and I cant see how can anyone spit on a modder like you do!
You don't seem to care an inch about people, you only seem to care about results. He can very well be lying, but he might as well having extreme problems in his life. We can not demand a person to work for us against his wish, so please go away and troll another thread.
You can always send him a pay check you know. You've really lost a lot of seriousness now, as well as respect.

Maybe, a solution would be to continue the idea of the mod as a sub-mod of another larger (more mature) modification, such as CORE or World in Flames. I'm sure that the interest for this scenario is quite large and a significant part of the reasearch is already done. Even more, the research done for this mod could be very well used for a later 1944 mod for HOI3.

I would be glad to provide you support if you decide to make it as a WIF sub-mod ! (and even integrate your work in the mod)
Thanks for the offer Fernando Torres, but unfortunatly, I will mot be able to do such a mod without help. I could make the research and OOB editing, but my coding and event editing skills are very limited.
