How, you say?

I accepted a peace treaty, almost at the end of the siege, in which a Muslim Sheik gave up his last province. I got a -0.8 to my BB. Seemed a bit wonky to me, so I am posting to see if it is WAD or a won't change BUG or maybe it is a real BUG.
