[1.0.0(9b5a)] Minor thing: named fleets & ships don't retain their names after merging/upgrade

It seems to depend on the order in which you selected the fleet - the merged fleet takes on the name of the first fleet selected. So if you're careful you can always select the custom-named fleet first and then shift-click the rest.

It would be nice if naming preferred fleets that already have custom names, though.
