[1.0.0] Anomaly that removes all blockers, doesn't

I successfully examined an anomaly, and the tooltip said that all blockers would be removed from the planet. However, the Noxious Swamp and Mountain blockers were not removed from the planet. I loaded up an autosave, but it was before the anomaly was discovered, and it did not spawn this time. Still, here is the autosave, and a before (from the autosave) and after screenshot.
