#### New features
- New regimental system : Now, you can choose the strength of your armies. Big nations have a realistic mobilization system
- New HQ system : new HQ Capital and HQ Region that gives special bonus to the units (combined with the original HQ)
- The "Port Size" restricts the supplies capacity in the port ( small ports : 50, others : 100*portsize^2 )
- HQ's with lack of supplies will create a supplies/oil depot in the province
- Digin increased (now is 30)
- All ships can reinforce in provinces with port
- AA shooting on units (all air units) passing through
- Added big images to events
- Added map zoom with mousewheel
- Beach icon always visible
- Added special plates to units
- Convoys : In war, the player can create supply convoys to allied provinces
- Removed limits in trade agregement (only human players)
- Infrastructures affects units speed (40%)
- Radar bonus in neighbors provinces with radar
- Naval units -> outside the port: loss organization each day
