[1.02] Mods not Working

I can not see any mods I load from Workshop.

They are present in my startup screen and fully downloaded but are not available in game.

I have verified my game.
I have installed unistalled installed the mods
I have unistalled the mods and unistalled the game AND reinstalled game... run it ... then installed mods

Still nothing... very frustrating

Games runs fine ... just no mods

I am also fully synced with steam and cloud save

My God I am an idiot... I did not 'select' the mod in the Stellaris Launch screen... so even though I loaded the mod I did not initiate it... hope this helps others in the future.
