1.03 - alliance bug

here's what happened:

i play as king of croatia, am allied with apulia and byzantium

count of hum revolts against prince of serbia and bosnia. emperor of byzantium joins the war on behalf of his vassal prince of s&b. i get invited to join the war, so i click yes and declare war on hum. apulia also joins the war. and as an automatic reaction prince of serbia and bosnia declares war on me, emperor of byzantium declares war on me and duchy of apulia declares war on me

this just can't be right...

Had the same problem. I (king of Denmark) is in alliance with king of Germany. some german vassal (a vassal of Brandenburg) declare war on king of germany. i get invited to help germany - i do. then brandenburg, who is the liege of the german minor declares war on me and calls in his liege the king of Germany!

i think it is the best reason never to enter alliances

Happened with me as King of England, allied with France and they DOWed a revolter county.

Must have something about the revolters.

I don't know if its WAD but I never get help from Allies if I declare war. I've tried with 2 countries now.

they mostly help you when it suits them
