I'm having some fairly large problems with 1.03NA myself, as I can't get the game to load any scenario. 
I'm running WinXP with SP1, 1.6ghz P4, 14.7gigs Free Space of HDD, 510mb RAM, Nvidia GF4Ti4200, and SBLiveMP3.
I start the game, everything goes well, though it is a bit slower to load than it was under 1.02, but I just figured that was supposed to happen. Intro movies play just fine, sound is there, music kicks in nicely, everything looks great. I go to start a SP game, click on a scenario, it starts to load, but as soon as it gets half to three-quarters of the way loaded with the 'Reading Scenario' line showing at the bottom, the game freezes up, and won't go anyfurther.
So that means I have to Ctrl+Alt+Delete my way out of the frozen screen, which doesn't always work by the way, to exit the game... I got it to work with 1.03 twice, everything went fine, but after that one game, playing as Latvia, it won't play.
I was running it at 1024x728 at first, but didn't like the size of it, so I switched over to 800x600 in early '36, everything went well, but it crashed on the autosave sometime in mid '37, I didn't note the exact date unfortunately, so I went to restart it, and now nothing will load at all...
I'm trying to figure out a way to fix this without a re-install, but as far as I can see, that will most likely be my only option here... Any thoughts anyone?
