1.03 Rich can't afford every day goods!

Hi,

since I installed the german 1.03 Patch, all my aristrocats, kapitalists etc. can't afford all every day goods, they have no cash reserves! The tax for rich pops is 0%!!!!! Since the patch we can see what kind of good are lacking, its wheat, liquer and something else really cheap stuff. Whats happend???
On contrary all my middelclass and poor pops can afford almost everything on tax 50%.

Please help.

P.s. I play Germany in GC in the year 1884

Known issue, being discussed at length in this thread. Some mods are trying to address this issue; you should check out the mod forum for details.

Try out my industrialism mod( see sig-> use alternative download) or try Dereks popneeds mod also in scenario forum.
Both mods try to compensate the pop needs and cash problems!
