The only things that the launcher can load is the TGC mod, tried to find answers from savedebug.txt but nothing.
The Crash happens while loading for the main menu...

Fixed: Needed to update the AMD driver.

It's not a problem about the game setup since it is the same as always. I reinstalled DH but problems remained, i was able to play only with the TGC mod

What AMD driver version do you have?

First of all; i wont/cant guarantee that the driver uninstalling and installing will work without conflicts. It should work but there can always be a problem.
For AMD you have to install AMD cleanup utility. This AMD tool will remove your current AMD drivers. After the uninstalling you have to reboot and install the old driver.
All tools and exe files can be downloaded at the amd homepage.

I got the AMD 16.7.2 few days ago and was able to play. Just recently i got the 16.7.3 but i got the same crash problem...
 
I found the problem and a temporary fix: Sprites and counters doesnt work properly (idk if it's because of steam or AMD) so to make DH work the sprites should be disabled by launcher. I ask the developers to find a more stable solution.
