I´m not sure if this has already been reported but i can´t search the forum for whatever reasons.

Since 1.04 (maybe 1.03, haven´t used it) the German Leader August Heißmeyer got the picture of Oskar Dirlewanger.
The picture of Dirlewanger (L504) came with the game itself.
The wrong assignment came with the patch.

i'm (in parts) to blame for this.

@Denniss: search in your AoD pic folder (AoD/gfx/interface/pics) for "_ger" (or "Heißmeyer"). rename that with the number which is needed and drop it in again.

alternatively (and this would be the easiest choice) do this: install 1.02 (base game). take out the german leaders and ministers CSVs. patch up to 1.07 - take the 1.02 GER CSVs in again.

the 1.02 CSVs were written by me and served as a base for both the CORE CSVs and the CSVs which come with my colour pack (see signature - which is btw still the best CSV for GER you can get in the HOI2-Zone  )
those 1.02 CSVs had to be taken out again as some of the pics came with Umlauts (ä/ü/ö) and are thus not compatible with "the asian market" i was told.
when this was decided i was absent and the devs couldnt solve all these issues - so my advice is to take the GER CSVs from 1.02.
