WAD: 1.04 tech_prestige working strange
command = tech_prestige is supposed to give 150pp to the first, 100pp to the second, 50pp to the third, 33pp to the fourth and 1pp to any other country that triggers a given invention. In my Oranje game I got Neokantian Idealism as a second country (after Bremen) and recieved 20pp. Is this WaD?
I am playing 1.04 with OHgamer's hotfixes. I can post the savefile if necessary.
