1.05 Bug Germany's build order is totally screwed

As USA on HARD (1936) I reload in 1942 as Germany to check why they have such a hard time with Barbarossa.

They have 260 divisions in total (very low) and more then 230 of them are INF ! ZERO MOT and ZERO MECH, and only 9 ARM. That's not a blitzkrieg army.

This is something very annoying !

I agree, in my game in 1944 as Italy the front has been all but static for years now.
The germans only built 7 armored divs and 1 motorized div.
What makes the situation worse is that not a single squadron of the Luftwaffe is stationed
at the eastern front, while the Russians have tacs/cas/int. at the front.

Is a quick fix an option, this is very annoying. There's no Barbarossa in the game anymore ! And Germany is a cakewalk to defeat.
