Me and two others are trying to play online with gamesranger but whenever we try to load a save it crashes. Any solutions?

Save Problem with 1.05
Hi guys,
When I try to save my game I get the following error:
Critical error !
"Couldn`t open file:scenarios\save games\Italy_1936_January_2.eug"
Do you still want to continue ?
Never had this problem in 1.04.

windows UAC problem
solution is listed in a number of threads
1) run game as administrator
2) install in directory other than C:/ProgramFiles
I have same problem: 1.05 saves crashes in mo, actually all of them. Even SP saves. Also there is some timebug.
I have done several tests - the game loads and runs just fine from that save
Both in SP and MP
Could you provide me wit more info on how its should crash
im having same issues cannot load save game in MP 1.05 CRNO...using gameranger...this is new as i had no probs with 1.04
The game crashes when it attempts to compress the save file on the host PC before uploading it to clients. Nothing wrong with the save files, just the act of compressing it before transfer.
