1.05 Download Problem-Please advise

I downloaded 1.05 OK but when I get to the part "extracting files"...."installation wizard installing", I get an error message "installation file cannot be located". Is it a problem on my end? I'm downloading NA version. Actually it says "Installation SUPPORT file cannot be located

sounds like the download was corrupted. try it again

General Advice:
1) Make sure you get the correct patch for your version.
2) Make sure you DL it to your harddrive and are not trying to run it from the server.
3) Delete what you have and redownload it.
