1.05 Overseas puppets don't give resources to master via convoy

Releasing Indonesia is useless. They don't give the resources. I tested using f12 transports and got me 3000+ convoys just to test, nope, the convoy is never set up. I also tested when releasing to see if they received the 10 trasnports like the 1.05 changelog informed, but that doesn't happen either. May have to do with the fact that all my convoys were busy at the time I released. Just a guess.

how long did you do the test for? I think a puppet needs to have a stockpile over 1000 for a resource before it starts shipping them

I tested by 'opening negotiation', they had more than 5000 of each (except money and supplies)

This has been reported with 1.04 already. Looks like it has to be fixed with the next patch.
