The string EYRNUMDIV is used for all of the 4 pages although ships and wings are definitely not divisions. Adding two more strings would be useful for a better representation (and an improved ledger).

re header of the ledger pages
The header of the pages is a little bit too small. A greater width (doubled?) of the header would improve the readibility for players who are using a non-english version of the game.

ledger pages 12-14:
The column which lists the leaders by name is a little bit too small to show longer names properly. The width of this column can be doubled by moving the other columns slightly to the right and using the unused space to the left.

ledger page 31:
When scrolling down the history log you can see an irritating feature of this ledger page: one page down doesn't mean one full page down! From the point of view of the game engine ends the page 10 lines above the actual end of the page so that you see these lines on the top of the next page again. IIRC is this feature a left over of EU1 and its lower resolution which was carried to over to all later incarnations of the Europa engine. The readibility of the log could be improved if page down functions properly.
