1.07 : upgrade cost gone crazy

Sorry if this is known and already reported...

Playing with Sweden, have reached the techs Infantry 1943 and Mountain 1943 and the corresponding upgrade costs have gone delirious :

61 divs (INF, MTN and GAR) for 1027 IC (average 20 IC per unit...).
In the production screens, IC for production are OK...

A milita has been upgraded and the total amount of IC has dropped down by 9... There must be a multiplier that went crazy somewhere...

Now garrison are about 5 IC (ie normal ?)

A MTN, about 20 ! But by the time it takes, it looks like the calculations are rights and only the display is faulty

Well, after a while, it seems that the real IC cost is impacted. Stranger still, the less div are to be updated, the higher the average cost rises. Now I have 10 div left to update for 396 IC , ie an average 39.6 IC...
I have checked some stuff in the savegame file without finding anything special in my eyes... this is really confusing
