1.08 Upgrading of production lines

If a new model of a unit becomes available it is possible to upgrade the production line of an older model. There are some exceptions. BC1945 cannot be upgraded to BC1948. This because between those 2 models there is the unused model of a Nuclear Battlecruiser. The same problem applies to Battleship and Heavy Cruiser. A similar problem exists about rocket interceptors. Int-V cannot be upgraded to Int-VIII before the rocket Interceptors are researched. But that might at least partially work as designed.

That's more a data setup problem than an engine problem. An upgrade should only be possible for continuous models and should fail if an intermediate model is inactive or not present.

A soft coded solution appears possible. Simply setting the nuclear versions below the 1948 version in \db\units\divisions\battlecruiser.txt etc. and the techfiles would work. But than there might be some trouble because the 1948 version would than shown up as nuclear version in the game.

Model name should be fixable via models.csv or somewhere else in \config. Best would a separation of standard ships and nuclear propulsion ships as they are highly unrealistic in the standard AoD timeframe.
