1.09 NA Patch crash...

I see this has been mentioned...

Thought I would throw my 2 cents in...

I downloaded 1.09 NA, and now EU seems to enjoy crashing for no known reason, right to desktop...

When I start the game, I get a "Safe Disk" logo, which stays on the screen for a while, then the game loads.

Also, after the game crashes on me, the music continues to play on my desktop, even though the game is not running.

Should I just go back to 1.08? Or should I just fight it out till 1.10?

Other than the constant crashes, the game plays fine with 1,09

Try playing the game with the nomusic option. That has helped some people with this problem. I believe the 1.09 patch puts a new shortcut in your start menu for this. Probably sommuk about this in the sticky thread 'Running problems' above.
