I think I may have found a typo in the france.txt events file.
One of the command-line parameters used to create Vichy France sets Free France's capital at French Guyana (events file states province 875). However, my games have consistantly set the French Capital as Marseilles. This was both before I began editing the events files and after.
What's the correct province number for French Guyana so I can fix my events files?
