[1.12.1] the "Map Table Style" setting in Game Settings doesn't work

Description​

The "Map Table Style" setting in Game Settings can't be saved properly, it returns to "Dynamic" everytime you start the game

Steps to reproduce​

1. ensure you own and enabled LotD DLC.
2. go to Game Settings - Graphic - Map Table Style
3. choose "Default" option and save
4. quit the game
5. restart the game and start a new game
6. go to Game Settings - Graphic - Map Table Style, you will see that the option is still "Dynamic"
