1.2 help

I installed the 1.2 patch and started up game the loading bar is now the old green slide bar not white like before but game loads until initializing globals and stops don't tell me to reinstall and repatche becuase i have. 2 times. i just reinstalled again and will only play version 1.1 until problem solved

Okay let's try some standard things.
1) Make sure you have the latest patch for the game.
2) Rename the AVI folder to AVI_back
3) Set the color depth to 16BIT
4) Turn off everything in the background like E-mail/ICQ/Messenger, Virus protection and everything in the system tray beside the clock.
5) Run a Virus check and a Adware/Spybot checker
6) Update your Windows, update your Video card drivers and audio card drivers. Then repeat steps 1-4.

Hey guys I had this happen to me. It was caused by installing the patch over the 1.1 version with some modded files. Unintsall DD completly then reinstall the game from scratch then apply the 1.2 patch only, see if that helps.

I always do a fresh install for each new patch, so I never see these problem.
