I tried installing the 1.3 patch yesterday and it said I already had 1.3 installed (this was the first time I ran the patch). Then it said the installer would not exit, but instead of exiting, it actually installed the patch (I saw the installer adding in the files into my folders and stuff). However, when I started HOI2, the version number said 1.2 at the top right and nothing changed. I thought about reinstalling HOI2 then remembered the uninstall for all paradox games don't work (at least for me). Can somebody tell me how to completely remove all HOI2 files from my comp?
