1.31.6 Save Won't Load Properly

I have a game as Assyria on two mods: Extended Timeline and Fast Universalis on 1.31.6. I came back from vacation to play it and I saw that all my alliances and vassals were broken, Jerusalem didn't grant me a missionary, and this weird bug that I will attach below. Whenever I try to save and load the game, it gives me the eu4 map but with no countries. So its impossible to save the game making the run basically dead. Is there any way someone can help me fix this?

You have to downgrade your eu4 installation and the extended timeline mod to 1.31.6 to continue your save. Disappearing alliances and subjects is a common problem when playing the newest extended timeline version on an older save. So would I download Extended Timeline 1.12.6 for EUIV 1.31 for version 1.31.6? If so, what do I have to do to install it? Thank you for all your help I really appreciate it.

yes.

You have to unsubscribe from the steam version, make sure it is gone from the launcher, unzip the file in your "Documents/Paradox Interactive/Europa Universalis IV/mod" folder and then add the mod to your playset in the launcher and activate it.
