1.3a problem

To play the mod "Modern Day Scenario 2" correctly you have to play it on 1.2... If not, the game will be very slow... When I discovered that I had the 1.3a patch installed and did therefore uninstall the game, deleted all traces of it, but after i installed Hoi2 again and tried to patch it.. It said that "a newer version of HOI2 is allready installed".... How do I uninstall it??

I don't no what has happened but when i tried unistalling HOI2 an error appeard: "Missing Core Files - Catastrofic Error"... can anyone tel me why??

Yacob88 if you erased registry entries before uninstalling and installing the game again you now have a problem, I thought you know that you have to uninstall first.
Now. you should have still all the HoI files, run the game, that will bring some registry entries back. Then uninstall and remove registry entries because they show which patch was installed. OR just remove registry entry about patch version. Install game again if you removed all registry entries or just remove the one about patch and play on your version.

It doesn't work at all.... I can get to the nation overview, but when i try to play as a nation the game crashes..... When I try uninstallin the game the ''catastrofic error'' error comes... I've run out of ideas, so if anyone has tried this before, please help me and try and explain what you did...
