1.9 patch, AOD Beta6

I decided to open up a new therad for the next beta. this folder has Pangs new misc text.

I have been going a littel over with Czechoslovakia it has now a new TT and ministers.
There have been some minor changes for diplomatic relations for instance there is no point that Sweden and France should just at 1+ while its over the top with UK. France(S.liberal) and Sweden(S.democrat) start with 9+
Portugal that is a PA and USA a democratic nations start with 1+ instead of large minus. In overall the Democratic nations in Europa has minor + change from 4 to 9 +.
Diplomatic relations changed for: Czechoslovakia,Switzerland,Ireland,Finland,Norway,USA,Portugal,Australia,Newzealand,Canada,Mexico and Iraq. tags for Czecho-Slovakia fixed.Angelo Parona added as a TT for Italy at bestmajors request.
