And than you explained your plan and than just went anti social on me when i tried to came to a suitable deal. Also in your dipomatic talks with russia i was involved talking about the agreed pact and how it would involve me. Russia and i agreed to my part. Lf you did read what BB said what was the deal than you either dictated the deal to her eithout listerning to her or you just did n;t care. Either way if she wants to dow you and kick you out off turkey its fine by me. russia could use the extra ic to build up while the allies attack you from the west. And me l'l sit back and take the best offer i can get and play the game for whats best for my country and no one else. And why would i do this !!! well l earned from the germans. style of playing.

Even if things get fixed between the axis and russia and allies l want be a push over to apease <<< sorry about spelling.
All i can say is, Romania is happy with the way these talks are turning out, with a less testosterone filled USSR 
things are fully secure for romania.
All that needs to be done now is a cunclusion between Italy and my Axis partner Germany and the rest is secure diplomacy wise, as (no dissrespect intended) Romania does not see purpose in talks with an ignorant japan.

Just for Konev and Zanies interest, BB is Female not male. You keep refering to HER as a HE.
Also i never had a prob with Konevs position. It is not Italies position to dictate to germany the overall strategy. Italy should follow Germanies lead and adapt to there plan, or chose your own more indepent plan. But if itlay choise that option then expect less help.

Yes i think the agreement of a non militirzed turkish/persian border for one year is acceptable. no attacks from axis vs ussr or ussr vs axis across these borders. till exacly one year from opening of barbarossa(do not ask what barbossa is i will share the concept with you in may of 1941). As you may have gathered i cannot control italy or japan but i can speak for myself i think romania and any minors i control.
Yes if you need cash USSR the agreement that you take 100 percent deals can be renegotiated to not include money. this is perfectly acceptable.you may of course feel free to cancel any deal that places your resources in the red.

I still offer 40 free energy resources to Italy as a token olive branch and invite Italy to discuss future arrangements down the lines I discusscussed in my previous communication. at which point i hope i can give you all the support you could desire, I need a strong cooperative partner to win. Without your cooperation on strategy i anticipate a hard well fought and enjoyable game... but much less chance of victory.
Japan I am happy to give you 5-10 free rares but as to my trading style Germany increases well over 110 industry well before 1940 My present rare rate would not even fund my 1940 Industrial base. It is wise to take on enough rares to run that industry at least a full year out to avoid forceing desperate strategies. Why you want to weaken germany by complaining about getting 55 rares is beyond me. It i was trying economic warfare i would of taken all 130 rares that were available from the open market and made larger demands on ussr. I believe +55 rares is a sensible resource strategy for Germany. As to the Dollars the same principle applies I have no cash reserves every dollar is being spent.. frankly i could even use more... diplomacy is very expensive. I am simply getting dollars for my current diplomacy needs.
The underlining principle of why you are positioning against my strategy is disturbing. I cannot understand that, I come from a background where one supports allies and does not work against them. By definition japan can only win if the axis wins for good or ill we are in the same boat. The fact is that most good german players would fund diplomacy and take rares at 1939 levels. You must remember that the allies are perfecty free to take all the rares they want now to not guarentee adequate rares is just ... well stupid...

I would very much like Italy and Japan to be supportive, But alas one cannot control leaders of major countries... I am happy to at least start out with the olive branches i offered in the game to you. Perhaps now the your tempers have cooled things can work out. and with better relations germany is certainly Italy and Japans ... Huckleberry.

We want nothing but fair prosperity for all, My Allie Austria would love to host a conference in Munich if not now certainly in early 1938 would be a good time advance planing for the conference may be helpfull. The rumor that we have designs on the world are utterly preposterous. There are a few german lands that need to be returned to the fatherland, but during a meeting of gentleman i am sure these issues could be worked out to everyones satisfaction. Let us work together to insure peace in our time.

So Germany thinks that allying half the AI nations is better than a human Japan getting a surplus of money.

Serriously Yugoslavia and Turkey are More valuable then they seem... Yugoslavia by mid war can field 60-100 divisions at least twice as many as Hungary, and Turkey although week is in a key strategic postiion covering the Dardenes and a gateway to the middle east... already secured without supply issues at start of war. This is worth japan having a couple hundred extra dollars. As long as Japan has enough to fund reasearch the rest is gravy. Japan does not live or die by diplomacy ... Germany in some respects... does.

Guys i wont be home from work until about 8.45 tomorrow. My roster has changed and im going to be all over the place for the next couple of months. I now cannot gurantee any fixed day. We may have to make the nights a bit more variable, otherwise we will miss out on alot of time.
