Bug: Usurp tooltip reversed?
If you bring up the screen for another (christian) kingdom/duchy/county you see the actions "grab title" and "usurp title".
If you go to a county the "usurp title" is usually greyed out, but the tooltip says "This ruler has some titles we can usurp".
If you go to a duchy or a kingdom the "usurp title" is usually active, but the tooltip says "This rules has no titles we can usurp..."
You can always click the "usurp title" action at a kingdom/duchy even though each individual title shows that you control 0 out of <something> provinces.
This is obviously broken, and it would be nice if the tooltip actually reflected the state of the action-button, and if the action-button reflected the actual possibility of usurping a title.
