1 Province Minor Wierdness

Here's the situation. Epirus has one province, and no army. Peasant rabble rise up and take it over...then nothing happens. For years. Plus they get to stab the pig for free. I loaded up as them to check it out. I've got a screen shot but I don't know how to upload it. Shouldn't they have collapsed or something?
