Hmmm, i just finished reading the 1.06 problem-fixed-list.
There is said: '* Player nations can no longer refuse peace if they do not control any provinces.'
When i declare peace on somebody, in 9 of 10 times my enemy bids for peace after 1 or 2 months. If i wasn't able to capture a province that fast, am i forced to make peace?

Leprechaun, that´s a misunderstanding! :)

The constraint means, You cannot refuse a peace offer, If You do not control ANY province anymore = You´re loosing bigtime! :D There were too much incidents where people in multiplayer stubbornly refused to cede anything and got away with it!

Ahhh! Thanks for your quick reply, my Grand Admiral, it would be an honor to serve upon one of your mighty vessels! :D

Hi Hartman,

So, is the game AI much improved by the new set of patches (any reason for me yet to spend a few more nights sequestered away with my computer finding loopholes in the AI ;))?

Or in other words, does the game play much different now than with the earlier patches? Lots of changes I can see, but I don't really have a feel for whether it will change the gameplay radically, except for those of the very minor powers that are badly outnumbered in the start. Does the new 'counter-Alliance-forming' of the AI really make any significant difference in the gameplay?

Just asking b/cos I've been away for a while - and I really don't have time for EU. ;)

Regards,

Strategy

Hi strategy!

Indeed the new patch is ESPECIALLY made to handle powermongers like You! :D
I´m looking forward to Your next try of blitzing around the world. :)
As it is, the new concepts also introduced some 'follow-up' problems (read about these issues in the 'ToDoList for 1.08'), which will have to be finetuned in the next patch, but all in all it´s a MAJOR improvement!
