How do you win the war as England? It's pretty straightforward as France, and it nets you extremely little badboy. But with England my badboy skyrockets until it overwhelms me.

What's the secret to winning the war as England and how do you keep your badboy down?

Only secret for England is avoiding France forming (Ile de France or Champagne owned or controlled by Dauphiné) and crushing Dauphiné to death (collapse of the Kingdom of Bourges event).

First task is winning the war against France (Charles VI) before 1422 and always deny the rights of the Dauphin afterwards.

How do I keep my Badboy from stacking up against Dauphin?

Also, in the first two wars (France then Dauphin) how much territory should I take? I'd like to take a lot since Henry and his friend and great generals but too much makes things difficult later?

Also, do I have to individually remove each piece of territory from Dauphin or just keep them away from Champagne and Ile long enough?

Check Event Documentation for all the details of the Collapse of the Kingdom of Bourges. Keep them away from Champagne and Ile de France but this isn't enough. You will have to deal with Burgundy too.

Badboy is an issue for England but it should be affordable and you don't really need to conquer Dauphiné, just control the provinces in a war.

It's true that England receives too much BB in this sequence. She should have enough so as to have negative effect and generally lose the war, but not so much as to have most of Europe DoW her into the 1430s and 40s, as seems to be the case for me at present.

England becomes a massive superpower for this time if the Crown of France is secured. What do you expect? :p

But England's badboy could end as the most important one in Europe. I agree and it can be an issue.

Oh, I'm not saying England should win the HYW - that's an entirely different issue to massive BB, however.

Losing is one thing, being at war with a load of nations that have nothing to do with the Anglo-French conflict is entirely another. :p

I took Calais from France and then I started taking territory from Dauphin. Sadly, France formed and by the time I took all but one French territory I had accumulated 32 badboy and at that point I was overwhelmed by 5 coalitions.

the game is 400 years long, the amount of BB is fine.
you do not have to be so greedy or speedy in land grabbing

So, I should ally with Burgundy and keep them from being occupied by Dauphin? Would it be best to try and let Burgundy win multiple sieges and give them land since, I think, you inherit it later?

Also, how do you develop cores on Dauphin land so that you can take their land? Personally I think there should be some cores on them to begin with, since you did sign a peace treaty with various French powers telling you you need to acquire them all.

You mainly want the event that YodaMaster posted to fire. If you do it right, you don't have to demand anything from the Dauphin--he'll just surrender, leaving you as the heir (with cores). It's a fairly complicated chain, though, so be careful with the early events.
