For the 3rd siege in a row, either a Count or Duke keeps stealing the siege while the King of Wales (me) is present.

That shouldn't be possible.

ARRRGGHHHH.

The game just awarded a siege (my enemies sieging a province) to the shiekdom of molina... who I am not at war with!

They are a "religious enemy" of mine. They are the vassal of someone who IS at war with me.

I cannot now take the province back without declaring war on them. How nice.

This one is perfectly WAD. The siege was led by sheik of Molina, because he was the highest ranking guy around. At least I presume that is what happened. It would be the same, if you as a king fight heathens and have your vassal count mobilized and leading a siege.

It's not WAD if that sheik wasn't at war with you

He was not. Now, in order to take my province back, I would need to declare war on him. He _is_ a vassal of the Emir I'm at war with, so the Emir is using his troops.

But since I have no good way to take the province back, I'd like to think it's a logical error in the way the game awards sieges.

country not at war takes province . . .

i think what actually happened, and this happens all the time to me, is that immediately after taking the province the liege gave it to a vassal not at war with you. it sometimes happens so quickly you hardly see the first seizure. you can, incidentally, do the same thing to them . . .
