Loss of weaponry advances

Playing the Kingdom of Hungary (former Duchy of Saxony) i tried to subjugate Sicily and add it to my realm.
So i sent some regiments there and captured some undefended provinzes, but i couldn't create the Titel of Duchy of Sicily as i planned to, only the Kindom of Naples (neither of both was claimed by someone else, though there was an emir of sicily, are the titles mutually exclusive ?).
So i thought, what the heck, then i will grab the County of Palermo from the local norman ruler, maybe then i can create the titel, and started a fight.
Only the i realized, that none of my regiments had the appropriate equipment for their home provinces, just the basic equipment of tribal swords, hayforks, hauberks and stuff. Off course i lost every fight i engaged in, although i had numerical superiority.
This can't be right, has somebody else noticed this lack of weaponry ?
And i have a savegame to prove it.

Have you saved your game during your regiments were mobilized, quit game and then load again?

Then i apologize for not having searched hard enough, if this bug is known or not.
But it is annyoing non the less, imagining how my trusty german knights arrive in Jerusalem and suddenly realize, that they forgot swords and armor back home ...

Bad planning. :D

I don't see on the public list (yet), but it is a well known problem in the beta.

And the Lord Commander of the Army of the Vicar of Christ on Earth did look upon his glorious army... and he did sayeth unto them, "Whoops. My Bad."
