Wife leaves you?

Situation
Gave Son 2 Counties, he gave one to his wife ok no probs
Son inherits... his son getting on in years and now in his wifes court
ok revoke wifes title
Wife and son now in some random court somewhere, still outside of my control
Surely she would move back to her husbands court not to somewhere else????
and the heir of the feif should ALWAYS stay with the lords court unless he holds title.

Likewise, I granted my sister a duchy...she dies, her son inherits, and her husband (who is a count of Murcia) is in my court and I control the province...though when he dies, it reverts to his son...
