Peace agreement exploit vs heathens

It's not a bug, I guess. And It's not that hard to figure this one out, but when you're out slaying heathens, they might feel inclined to offer a payment in cash for a white peace. This poses no problem at all for the valorous crusader, just take the cash and declare war again. Sure, if you're in one of his provinces when you declare war you'll take a dent in your reputation, but that is easily avoidable by staying out of his land for a bit. Declaring war just after signing peace should carry some kind of penalty, hmm?

I'm not sure of it being an exploit: does it matter if you take the cash in several deals or in one major one?

But it does feel bit silly historicity-wise and IMHO deserves a fix. As there are no way to have relations between nations go up and down, perhaps instead a loyalty penalty of around 10% could be given to a liege that DoWs heathens too often?

I think there should be a truce period after a peace agreement like there is in EU. Then, if you declare war too soon you should lose some amount of prestige or get some bb.
