No next in line for Bishoprics

I noticed that Bishoprics don't have wife (normal maybe), only have bastard kids thus no next in line for the Bishopric. Only mention this because maybe its a source of CTD's?

No it isn't. Bishops are inherited by people with proper education of liege's or pope's court, which hasn't been reported to give crashes.
