Can we set-up a trucking company like ***** or ***** to deliver stuff to outside connections. (trucking compinies)

It would be like the cargo trains. Cost less but also deliver less.

No. It's not possible to do that currently. But Industry companies will automatically setup distribution hubs (warehouses) and send their goods there first and then from there it goes to outside connections and wherever else the simulation wants to send it.
