Tooltip bugs

In some cases doesn't the tooltips in the sidebar update correctly.
I have spotted the following cases:

1. Grant title: The select title to grant screen shows the tooltip from the previous select person screen.

2. Sieging province: The siege screen shows tooltip from the underlying normal province screen.

I think there is another one or two, too. I reported them during the beta test.
