TIRO, I ICQed everybody whose ICQs I know and no one replies.
Now, it seems impossible to gather 1-2 hrs earlier. I asked Durruti to
sub Japan for a session but he's not sure yet.
Assign a sub for you TIRO if 06 PM British Time is unacceptable

It's a shame that Cyril hasn't attended the session today and TIRO
refused to continue w/o Cyril and the Japanese event properly corrected.
So, we have to postpone 2nd session untill another day.
How about tomorrow, Friday, same time?
Geofactor and Citizen_X said they were OK with Friday as well as me.

Some of our participants already involved into
another campaign on Friday. So, we can only continue
on Saturday as earliest.

if somebody subs you as Germany for just 1 session?
We won't go further than Jan 1939, and I promise my
Soviets won't attack Germany before your returning,
so, Germany will be safe and sound. But better if you
yourself assign a sub for Germany. And best of all if you
can join us on Saturday.

ok with saturday but i dont like idea about subing geramny, germany is key country of the game and it should be played by the same person every time aother nations can be subbed but not germany.. its simply too important (or subbing person should be very good player)

Well, I didn't expect that Axis would give up to resist so soon.
But they did pretty soon after USSR had DOWed Japan in January
1938. Axis attempt to invade Soviet Black Sea area didn't work
well enough for Axis, and finally they admitted Soviet voctory.
So, this campaign is over.

no aggressions before September 1939, except Chino-Japanese

i would like to corect rule no atack till 39 jan 1 lots of players with germany dont wait for winter to atack

one more thing in history japan decleared war upon china in 37 july so i would like that if japan had no eletions before june 29 we should edit japan

Well some conclusion and old ideas:
-Hoi is a Team-game, if one of your team is doing the dumb is hard to detect until the war starts, and italy really ·%". The first player asked me about what research: answer, concentrate in infrantry now. Jan 1938 50 org, maybe 10 new inf div, end1938 the number of div havent changed a lot and still in 50 org. We have noticed that the first played researched things that arent infantry, spending very bad the time and IC and building later agree Tiro and me engineers instead artillery or vanilla infantry. With this i want say that please be seriorus and play in the same line that your dudes agree. If i say (Germany) i'm going to build tanks, you should go for infantry (Italy) dont research tanks, for example....
-If u want start new one, i ll play Italy, at the service of my team.
-Third, if Japan starts the war with russia at the beginging, seems that japan gona be so weak and it ll not balance the teams. So the rule about no war until 1939 seems OK.

No aggressions before January 1, 1939.
And agree, that we should make the Japanese event fire in mid 1937.

Sign me in, and I would like to be UK again if thats allright.
Adding to the above rules on conflict to get a more historical, balanced set up, I would like to add: Japan may join Axis / DOW Allies, after DOWing US, and SU and Japan are allowed to have a non-aggression pact for an agreed number of years.
Also for game balance. We don't have a human China, so annexing them will be quick and easy, and it's historic. A Japan with early elections is 750 IC by 39, so I think this is reasonable.
Also I would like to totally restrict military access to official allies only. This to prevent US having all his troops in UK before they are at war with Germany.
