ive just got a few suggestions about the map:
finland gets lenningrad
spain gets gibraltor
hungary gets slovakia
germany gets belgium and holland, or some of the lands,
germany needs more puppets... (croatia, serbia, lots of the eastern countries, albania, greece, montenagro, denmark, holland, belgium, norway and socialist italy)
if germany does get belgium/holland, it looks neater if it also gets some of north eastern france.

anyway, hope this mod gets fully finished - good luck

I agree with Hungary getting Slovakia.
It looks better, it could be some kind of recompense for Hungarys War-effords and it free´s one more country-tag for other purposes.

Concerning Gibraltar, I think Spain should get it if is was part of the Axis.
Otherwise Germany should get control of this important waterway if it defeated GB.
Yet your story sounds more like a white-peace. In this case Germany or Spain could demand it later.
Some kind of Suez-Crises... Gibraltar-Crisis :rofl:

I do not have that kind of problem. Do you use clean istalation of HoI2 DD? If not, maybe you should try to reinstall it and try again.

4. Puppet - yes. More provinces - no, Vichy France lost all her provinces in Africa.

If you want, I can contribute to this cause, I can create events from the basic ones to the complex ones. I have very basic AI creating abilities and I can create alt-history, descriptions for events, whatevä needs fantasy.

This is how can I help. It is up to you if you allow me to do so.

P.S: Giving Slovakia to Hungary is IMHO bad idea. Don't you think it would be more real, that Germany created a puppet state, very similiar to Austria-Hungary, to help manage all those places and contribute in war effort? I think it is FAR more real than Hitler/whoevä giving Slovakia to Hungary. Create Austria and give it Hungary and Slovakia. That is far more realistic to me, rather as, Great Hungary, or whatevä it is.

Hitler gave big power to Finland (Finno-Ugric ethnic group).

Ehmm. Finns are different from Hungarians in a lot. Finnish culture is highly influenced by Sweden, a nordic country. Finns alone also have some germanic genes, approximately 25-50% as it was determined by scientists and biologists. And moreover, Finns are NORDIC. Also, Hitler had to MAKE Hungary declare war on Soviet Union, it hestitated to do so alone.

And before this becames arguing, do this as you want. If reality and playability is your priority, Austria is the choice, if fantasy is the primus, Hungary is good to suite this.
