All my troop icons are dressed as french when playing the USSR and Germany, installed twice same problem.

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
It is not a bug. In this release we are not adding a HOI GFX folder. Because in HOI there are not German or Soviet icons they will not show in modir. If you want to see them to make it easy for you just copy paste the HSR GFX folder in the hearts of iron folder replacing the GFX HOI 2 folder (doing this might overwrite some files and also means that you will be obliged to see our sprites even when you play normal HOI 2). In the future we might release separately a graphic pack if people really wants it.
