2 little inaccuracies

just being picky

sometimes you get to place stalin at some posts other than 'head of state'. once i did that and noticed that, while his name on one place was 'Iosif', on the other it was 'Joseph'.
Doesn't really matter, but it looks kinda weird.

Also, Silistra (SE Europe, a Romanian province) should be a Bulgarian claim (considering how right now the city is in Bulgaria!). Makes no real difference, but is historically accurate...

I can't find Silistra on the map...are you talking about the Dobrich area? If so, this is handled in CORE.

About Iosef/Josef. Without being totally sure, I think Iosef is a Russian way of spelling the name. But of course one of these should be chosen and used, not both.
